How do I know when my package is shipped? We will send an email confirmation with the tracking number/link. If you do not receive an email please message us on instagram @meistoyshop or email meitoystore@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take? These are estimates/average times so they are not 100% accurate and can take longer or shorter.

USA: 4-7 business days

Canada: 3-5 business days

Europe/international: 10-14 business days

Are all your items authentic? Yes, it is unless stated in the description/title.

Where are you shipping from? Canada

Why is Canadian shipping more expensive? Our shipping prices are what our post office charges us. Canada is just expensive.

Do you clean and sanitize all the items? Yes, we always clean and sanitize as best we can.

INFORMATION:

-We ship every Monday evening. We pack everything every Sunday night/Monday morning, then print and purchase all labels Monday evening. If you'd like your item to be shipped fast instead of waiting till next week please try to make your order before Monday evening.

-We restock every week 

-Our items are 95% of the time secondhand so truthfully not all pets are gonna be perfect 10/10 condition. We will post with the listing the blemish(es) if needed to guarantee your knowledge of your purchase.
